コードそのものが目的であるソフトウェア開発と、コードは実行された実験プロトコルでしかない科学論文とを同列に語っていいのかよく分からん。透明性のため公開したほうがいいのはそうだけど、正当化のロジックが共有できることは明らかでなくない？
