まあ実際中学・高校は部活動や受験勉強に追われる人が多くて、社会人になってからは日本にバカンスの文化はなく長期の休みは取りづらいから、自由に旅行したりは大学生のうちか老後かの二択になってしまうのはそうなんだよね…

自分の場合は特に高校時代の人間関係が厳しかった影響で大学時代はメンタル不調、心身ともに比較的自由に動けるようになったのが20代も終わりにさしかかったコロナ禍直前って感じだったけど
