@anqou Pumaがリクエストを処理するために自分が確保しているデータベースへのコネクションプールから空いているものを時間内にもらえなかったときに記録されます。最初に確保したプールの接続数より最大スレッド数が多いか、何かの拍子にスレッドが殺されて確保していたプールを返せずに行方不明になったんだと思います。後者なら、短期的にはPumaを再起動すればなおります。
