しかしデジタル署名が検証できるのは私有鍵を持っている人が署名した対象と内容が変化していないことだけなので、贋作の抑止にはなるけれど、著作権侵害の抑止にはなりづらいんだよね。
@taiyo 非常に困難だと思います。創作には模倣が欠かせないので、似ている作品が著作権を侵害していると自動的に決めることはできず、最終的には裁判所の判断を仰ぐ必要がありそうだと妄想してます。
