@Tommy なるほど。Safari / WebUIは、返信の中のメンションをストリーミングサーバを通じて通知として受け取って、それを通知カラムに流し、未読カウントを更新していく流れです。

で、ブラウザを再読み込み（通知カラムを開いた初回含む）した場合は、ストリーミングサーバではなく、過去の通知を直接サーバに問い合わせて取得します。読み直し時はカウントはされません。

通知カラムに返信が見えているとして、新規読み込みか、ストリーミングによる受信か、通知カウントアップがされない、通知音がしない、などどんな症状がでているか、というあたりをチェックしていく感じになるかと思います。（なるほどわからん！！）

とりあえず、返信の通知自体は存在してますか？

前半がユーザー名で、後半が利用しているサーバーのドメインです。

自分の利用しているサーバーの中では後半部分を省略することもあります。

このアカウントの表現によって、どこのサーバからでも、相手のアカウントをみつけてやりとりすることができます。

MastodonのWebUIやアプリの検索で、この形式のIDを入力すれば、相手のアカウントが表示されるはずです。

そこから、相手をフォローしたり、メッセージを送ることができます。

投稿の本文に記載すれば、直接メンションを送ることもできます。

@ricotak 全文検索に対応していない（mstdn.jp含む）サーバでは、まず通常の単語が検索できません。

また、Mastodonの全文検索は、未知の情報を検索できません。自分の投稿と、リアクションした投稿、つまり過去の振り返りのみです。

対するハッシュタグは、

ハッシュタグ付きの公開投稿をすべて検索できます。（所属サーバが知っている投稿のみ）
