epubをダウンロードしたと思ったらpdfが来ててepubを取り出すのにpdftkが必要とのこと。
$ pdftk プロフェッショナルIPv6第2版\(電子書籍のみ\)-本文epub版.pdf unpack_files
したらipv6-2.epubができた。Calibreでazw3に変換してKindleに放り込む。
