#fedibird w3id.orgが落ちてるみたいで、10時過ぎぐらいからJSON-LD contextsの検証に失敗する現象が確認されています。
そのため、連合先に投稿が届かず、現在配送がsidekiqに詰まっています。
当サーバは再起動により早期に同現象が発生している模様で、今後他サーバでも同様の現象が発生する可能性があります。
現在、対処方法を検討中です。取り急ぎ。

とりあえず、修正される見込みですので、いまだけは、rails cacheクリアしたりするのやめておいた方が良いと思います。

今回の件、直接的な問題はjson-id-preloadedというgemにあります。Eugenさんが出した修正PRです。

Mastodon v2.9.2、v2.9.3ではこの問題は起きません。
Mastodon側としては、masterの7月28日のこのコミットでjson-id-preloadedのバージョンを引き上げた際に発生するようになりました。

ついては、v3.0.0のサーバは要注意です。たぶんキャッシュが1ヶ月ぐらいは効いているので、rails cacheをクリアしなければv3.0.1が間に合うんじゃないかな……（しらんけど） #mastodon

わりと致命的なものは、今日Fedibird（とDTP鯖）がトラブったJSON-LDの奴、v2.5.2以前からのアップデートでmigrationに失敗する奴、ポルトガル語の翻訳がptからpt-PTなどに変更された関係でハマる奴あたりかな……。
ハッシュタグの承認を自動化する奴、スパムチェックで自動的にサイレンスされる挙動を通報だけに変更する奴、言語の自動判定を表示に反映させない（よく中国語の文字で表示されるあれ）奴も地味に重要。
wasabiなど不安定なS3互換サーバで、リトライを制限する奴も、うまく働けば結構効いてくるんじゃないだろうか。
