#ハッシュタグリレー の作りかけのタグフィルター他、にわかに必要になってきているのでさっさと乗せようと思ってますが、それはそれとして、

Mastodonなど各Fediverseサーバ側にもサーバレベルのフィルターを用意しないと、通常のフォロー・ブーストによる配送だけでも様々な投稿が流れてくるので、リレーだけで対処しても結局は対応できないのではないかと思います。

#fedibird の場合は、全体としてはそういうフィルターはあまり必要としていませんが、コミュニティ機能などでは必須になってきそうです。

購読は読む対象を増やす機能ですが、制限する機能も仕組みはほとんど同じなので、一緒に取り組もうかな……。

たぶん一番ヤバイのが既に存在しないサーバのフォロワーで、misskey.xyzとかtheboss.techとかfriends.nicoとか延々とフォローしようとして、キューが詰まるね。これはMastodonの方でちょっと仕組みを考えた方が良い。

この時、フォローインポートの処理は一番優先順位の低いキューであるpullキューを使って処理するので、他のキューと分離しておけば全体は影響を受けないんだけど、公式の構築手順で設置しただけの状態、全部のキューを一つのsidekiqで処理していると、しばらくサーバが固まると思う。
