@davidpmaurer How do you make sure the pots don't end up being concentrated in the hands of a few oligarchs?

(This somewhat refers to how Russia tried to give out stocks of ex-state-owned enterprises to everyone, but found the stocks going back to the oligarchs, as the population sold them for pennies during the economic crisis.)

Decided to call an online friend-of-a-friend out (on short notice...) and visited this #BubbleTea #shop . Ordered a green tea #boba , and while it tastes pretty good, it's quite expensive (large "Kyoto" $8.75+tx). The place got a wall with comic books lining up the shelves and a book mural, but overall the place is a bit small. Anyways, we talked about life and career and stuff, and I earned two friends (who beared with my infodump), so that's cool.
