@panda_planet こちらのぼっちインスタンスのSidekiqのログを眺めてると連合先にトゥート配るのに1ヶ所1秒くらいかかってるようです。配る先が1トゥートあたり100ヶ所くらいになるし、1スレッドで配ってると分単位で遅延してます。
