やっと一日が終ったので強炭酸水を飲もう。お気に入りの暴コースターはコップを置くと字が隠れるのが難点だな。

今日は、昼間は水田に入って手作業での除草作業、夕方18時から21時までアルバイトというハード・スケジュールだった。

水田（泥んこの田圃）は中に入って歩くだけでもキツいんだけれど、中腰での草引きとなると、ほんとに重労働なんです。今も太ももの筋肉が悲鳴を上げていて、今夜は寝たら夜中にこむら返りでイタタタタとなって、のたうち回ることが約束されているので、寝るのが怖い。

なお、週に一度の18時から21時までのアルバイトは、生徒さんが質問しに来なければ何もすることが無いという変テコな塾講師の仕事なので、今日も、持参したタブレットで『白痴』を読んだ。

『白痴』は、みんないいこ。さんお奨めの「純愛」小説。まだ四分の一ぐらい。

ドストエフスキー、面白いんですよ。

よくもまあ、そういう極端なあざとい人物を造形するよな、と思うけれど、そういう人物が行為し発話するからこそ現れてくる人間のリアリティーがそこにはある。すごいわ。

ところで、ドストエフスキーの全作品を訳した米川さんが、文章が冗長に過ぎるきらいがある、と言っていたのには笑った。いや、確かに、私もそう思う。
