カナダの小数点表記がめちゃくちゃなのは、英語とフランス語が対等に公用語になってる上に、色々な表記がUK由来とお隣のUS由来で大混乱になってて、
つまり、イギリスとフランスとUSAそれぞれから影響受けててわけわからんことになってるからかも＞＜
URLのクエリストリングのパラメータの区切りは & より ; の方がURLエンコードと仲が良いんだよね
東京仙台間遠いって思い込んでたんだけど新幹線できてから所要時間がずいぶん短くなったよね
ロケールの話で個人的にエーッとなったのは、以下の2つ。
・インドでは、数字の区切りのつく桁が3nでも4nでもなく、2n+3である。
・トルコでは、パーセント記号は数字の前につける。
たぶん米語ネイティブの人が 42$ って書いてるのを見たときはちょっとびっくりしたよね
