アニメアイコン←がうまくアニメしないのはPaperclipから呼び出しているconvertコマンドのバージョン依存のようだ
convert src.gif -coalesce -auto-orient -resize "128x" -crop "128x128+0+0" +repage -layers "optimize" -strip dst.gif
でうまく変換できるconvertを利用できるようにすると解決しそう。
