@gitanes1701 連合しているサーバのリストをサーバからとれるので、それを再帰的に適用すると、まったくどこともつながりを持たないサーバ以外は列挙できます。
各サーバにユーザー数を確認するエンドポイントがあるので、そこから数字を拾って集計します。
@gitanes1701 アカウント数の統計としてはおそらく妥当です。
Mastodonユーザーに限定した集計としてもサーバに問い合わせて種別をみているハズなので問題ないと思います。
ただ、各自が複数サーバにアカウントを持っているケースが多いため、実数についてはもっと少ないでしょう。
手応えとしては、そのぐらいの変化を感じています。

そういや、Twitterからメールアドレスが漏れてるってやつ、Mozillaのでみると私のも漏れてるらしいよね。
過去、AdobeとかDropboxとかいろんなところから漏れてるけどな！
@S_H_ CreatodonFolioをつけるのとあわせて、注目のハッシュタグに指定しておくと良いですね。注目のハッシュタグはv4から連合するようにしてあるので、リモートサーバからも絞り込み表示できるようになります。
