@Shimaneko1985 パソコンの使い方についてそもそもきちんとレクチャーしている職場って意外に少ないと思いますし、お役所は尚更やってなさそうですよね。教える側もちゃんとした講師を招くのじゃなくて社内の詳しそうな社員にやらせたり。
何にしても、その辺のスキル習得の必要性が低く見られているから、みんな自前の持ちよりになって、結果があんな風になっていくんでしょうね。

@Shimaneko1985 あれは何なんでしょうね。何か方眼罫線があった方が文書作りやすいみたいな「伝統」が何かあるのかも、という気もするんですが。
だからまぁ、ワープロも白紙で出さないで罫線入りに出来るようにすると（印刷するときには出さない）、「神エクセラー」のおじさんも安心するのかも知れないとも思うけれど、どうでしょうねw。
