京大のタテカン撤去をめぐる攻防の話が出てたから流し読みしてた。

くだらない事柄であっても、これは自分たちの自治の問題なんだ、と、大人の干渉に抵抗して勝つことは大事だと思う。

そういう経験が一つもないと、どうせ世の中は変わらないから…と、不条理な物事に対して無批判でいることが正解みたいな大人になっちゃう。

それどころか、本当に「言われたことを守る」以外の世界との向き合い方の可能性を、想像すらできなくなるから。。

権力に対して従順な人間を作ることに関しては、とにかくイイ仕事してますよね、最近の諸々の教育改革とやら。たぶん確実にその意志を持って行われていることなんだろう。

今日の過去記事再放送は、「新編 風土記稿」に登場する、「柏皮」。かつてはカシワの樹皮を漁網の染料に使っていました。今は漁網が樹脂製になりましたので、防腐処理の必要がなくなり、そのための染料も消えました。
カシワ以外の樹皮も使われていたらしい事例についての補足記事を併せて紹介します。

同様の用途では柿渋も使われていました。そちらも改めて参照に加えておきます。
