MacBook Pro 16インチ良さそうわね。11インチの筐体に収まって1 Kg以下でXubuntuで問題なく使えるようになったら買おう！
もう一度試してみたら問題が再現されませんでした。なにかトリガになるリクエストをもらったのかな。お騒がせしました〜!!

Parallel gemの新機能で再発防止策だー。コンテナの中だとコア数よくわからないし複数プロセスとスレッドで十分並列化してるし検出されたデフォルトの8ではたぶん多すぎる。

Parallel gemに使ってもらうコア数を減らしたらメモリ使用量が減ったかも。リクエストにも依存するからはっきりとはわからないけど。

Sidekiqのスレッド数を2つにしておいて120トゥート/分くらいのようなので遅延は増えてない感じヨシヨシ
Parallel gemに知らせるコア数を8から2に減らして(右から1/10くらい)からメモリの利用量がマイルドになって応答時間も改善された気がする
おー、ベスフレさんから中央値で1時間40分前くらいのトゥートをいただいてるっぽ
