旧正月の表現についてざっと調べた感じ、
中国：春節
香港：農暦新年
マカオ：農暦新年
台湾：農暦新年
シンガポール：Chinese New Year
タイ：ตรุษจีน（意：Chinese New Year）
マレーシア：Tahun Baru Cina（意：Chinese New Year）
フィリピン：Bagong Taon ng Tsino（意：Chinese New Year）
ブルネイ：Tahun Baru Cina（意：Chinese New Year）
が一般的なのかな？
Chinese New Yearは略されてCNYって書いてある場合もあるっぽい。「あけおめ」みたいな感じなんだろうか。
農暦新年っていうのは香港マカオ台湾あたりなのかなー。
旧正月の呼び方の分布とか気になるな
春節や農暦新年、旧正月、テト、설날、ソルラル、除夕、除夜 辺りでGoogle検索すると花火が上がるんだな。新年だと花火ボタン出て来ない。
「あけましておめでとう」って元々は誕生日おめでとう（数え年だと元旦に一斉に歳をとるので）の意味と年神様へのご挨拶の意味だって聞いたことがあるなぁ
