午前中、パソコンの前で根を詰めて仕事をした。一週間後の住民総会のための、明日の準備会のための、書類作成である。

昨年度の活動報告の部分が済んだ。書きためた日誌を拾い読みして、報告すべき項目を拾い上げた。結構、忘れているもんだ。

これから残りの半分にとりかかる。協議事項について、かなり詳細に書く予定。いくつか今年度に予定されている事業についての説明とか、集落自治会の組織改正についての提案とか、あれやこれや。あれやこれやって、まだ書いていないので自分でも判然としないのだ。

これまで、住民総会では、議事予定には「○○年度活動報告」とか「○○について審議」とかだけを書いた議事予定が配布されて、後は区長日誌というものを読み上げたり、審議事項と提案内容について口頭で説明して済まされる場合がほとんどだった。私はそれがいやだったので、自分が会長になってからは、出来るだけ詳細に文書化することにしている。面倒臭いことは面倒臭いのだが。

まあ、夕方までに、何とか出来るだろう。
