要望が多かったので、支援者（月額）というプランを追加しました。金額設定は任意で、デフォルトは住人プランと同額の25円／月になっています。
他のプランを参考に、月額換算して代わりに選択していただいてかまいません。
ちなみにOpenCollectiveは、それ自体が寄付で成立しているプラットフォームです。Fedibird Infrastructureを支援する際、300円のプランが345円になっていたりしますが、これにはOpenCollectiveに対する45円（15%）の寄付が含まれています。
この割合は変更可能で、増額してもいいですし、No Thank Youを選んで支援なしとすることもできます。
また、決済のプラットフォーム自体はStripeをメインに使っています。こちらは決済額の3.6%を手数料として支払っています。カード決済の手数料として考えても、十分にありがたい金額です。入金がすべてとりまとめられて定期的に銀行振込されてきますので、非常に便利です。

それで、現在の毎月の費用ですが、fedibird.com、nightly.fedibird.comの費用を合わせて145,000円ほどです。
fedibird.comは、何か事件があって、急に休眠しているアカウントがアクティブになると負荷がオーバーするため、もう一台メインサーバを確保した方が良いかもしれません。その場合は175,000円となります。
目標としては、これを全額寄付で賄えるところに持っていきたいというところです。
なお、fedibird.comはアクティブが1万人いるため、アクティブ全員が住人プランで寄付してくれればおつりが出てしまいます。年額300円、月で25円のプランです。
実際にはそこまで望めないとしても、1,000人が住人（10人分）プラン（年3,000円・月250円）で支援いただければ、同様に足りる計算になっています。
冗談みたいなやつですが、住人（100人）プランというのも一応用意しておきましたw
一人一人はまったく無理する必要はありませんので、可能な範囲で、広くご支援いただけると幸いです。
なお、多額のこれまでの累積赤字がありますので、多少オーバーしても営利に該当する心配はありません。ご遠慮なくお願いしますw

Fedibirdの運営費についてですが、
基本的にFedibirdインフォメーションにてアナウンスしてきた通り、サービスは無料である、という点については変更ありませんが、
寄付による維持を可能とする方向に目標設定し、不足を運営者が補うという姿勢にシフトしていこうと思います。

背景ですが、こちらのアナウンスに含まれている但し書きの通り、
10月末頃からの利用者急増をはじめとして、負荷の増大、サーバ単価の上昇、運営者の経済事情の悪化など、通常体制では維持困難となる場合を想定した項目がほとんど当てはまる状況になってきたためです。
（※ 今のところ経済事情は問題ありませんが、健康上の問題でそれに準ずるリスクがありました）
fedibird.comはノーメンテで放置しても十分に安定稼働する状態を維持できているし、万一何かあっても副管理者・モデレーター陣が対応できる体制になっていますが、資金的な対応は難しいため、ここをより利用者に頼る体制に改め、持続性のある運営体制としていくべきであろうという判断です。

運営に必要な費用は運営者が賄いますので、今後とも利用者が負担する必要はありません。
