昨日頭痛かったの脱水だな。
麦茶1.5リットル弱飲んだのに。寒いのに（寒いか？）麦茶だけでこれ以上飲むのキツいな…。甘い飲み物買えばもう少し水分摂れるけど、仕事の為に飲み物買うの嫌だ〜〜賃労働の為に身銭切りたくない〜〜。
