牧野富太郎なんか植物誌書くのに江戸時代の本草学の本とかいっぱい見ているんですけれどね。そういうのはどう考えてるんでしょうね、不要だと曰う人たちは。

BT＞そのtogetterのコメントにも、そういうことを強いることが可能だというのなら、その強制力をむしろ大都市に住んでいる人に向けて一極集中解消を強制的に進めるということだって出来るはず、という指摘があった。

結局のところ、今後のことを考えた時にどういうグランドデザインで国土を設計するのかという話の中で、「割を食う」人を誰にするかということでしかない。

たまたま被災した人が狙い撃ちされやすいのは、たまたまその地域のリソースが疲弊していて再建の必要がどうしても喫緊で必要になっているから、というだけでしかない。そういう荒っぽいローカルな眼差しだけで想定されるものを「グランドデザイン」扱いして良いのか、という点は本当に慎重に判断しないといけないと思う。
