あの手の「ゾンデ」は古い時代から各国で飛ばされてきたと思うのだけれど、容易に国境を越えるにも拘らず、その扱いが「ルーズ」だった面もあると思う。飛行機に関してはあれほど事細かに国際的なルールが定められているのに比べると、小型の「ゾンデ」に関する取り決めはあまりはっきりしたものがない。
まぁ、「ネズミの国」とかで来場者に大量に配布されているバルーンみたいなのまであり得るから、ということなんだろうけれど、ある程度以上の大きさで大気圏の上の方まで上昇できる性能を持ったサイズの気球であれば、気球本体に明示すべき識別番号とかの国際協定くらい、決めておくべきじゃないのかという気がする。 [参照]
