I released Whalebird 4.6.0. In this version, I upgraded Vue (it is a frontend library) to Vue3. With this effect, some shortcut keys are disabled. I'm fixing this issue, so it will be re-enabled until 4.7.0.

Whalebird 4.6.0をリリースしました．フロントエンドのVueをVue3にバージョンアップしています．この変更に伴い一部のショートカットキーが無効化されています．これらについては順次対応しているので，4.7.0までには元に戻る予定です．
