バグの原因がWebSocketをcloseした後に、その変数にnullを代入していたからだと判明してマジかってなってる

これに伴い、今まであった`master`ブランチを`v23-archive`にrenameしました。
また、`v24-wip`を`main`にrenameし、デフォルトブランチとしました。

違和感を自分のアカウントのnotestockで検索したら、3年前に1回違和感を感じるって使ってて反省した
