日本の研究豫算を配る組織のひとつである日本科学技術振興会（JST）の J-STAGE のサイトが 「セキュリティのために Firefox じゃなくて他のブラウザを使ってね」って言う理由が，クソ雑魚暗号スイート使ってて（SSL Labs のテストでも B）Firefox だとそもそも接続できないっていうの，本当臍で茶が沸かせるぜって気分。
J-STAGE の SSL の件，Twitter で「セキュリティ強化のため，というのは，主語がない文章なので，実は（Firefox *の*）セキュリティ強化のため，という回避を用意したお役所作文なのでは」という指摘をもらった。一本とられたなハハハ

このインスタンスのRuby 2.6.0rc1でのJITの有(縦線より左)無(縦線より右)でのメトリクスの違い。(1)トラフィックには大きな違いはないけれどJIT無しの時間帯にスパイクがいくつかあった (2) メモリの使用量にはには大きな違いはない(通常どおりdynoの再起動後からだんだん増えた) (3) CPU負荷はJIT無しの方が大きいようだ
そしてレスポンス時間。(1)メジアンはJIT無しの方が遅い。トラフィックのスパイクに対応するスパイク(最大2秒)が見られる (2) 95パーセンタイルは前回の観察と違いJITの有無両方でスパイクが見られる。JITの無い時間帯のスパイクには対応するトラフィックのスパイクがある。
