- GitHubが日本語に翻訳されていない(少なくともWeb版の場合)。
- GitHubでは、日本語で書かれたIssueを検索しづらい。
- 重複(Duplicate)を探しづらい。
- Issueのタイトルや内容を英語で書く文化がそこら中のリポジトリに存在する。
- 英語圏あるいは英語教育を受けたユーザーが多い。
- 言葉の壁による参入障壁が日→英に対して英→日の方が遥かに高い。
- Misskeyでも海外のユーザーによる英語のIssueが散見される。
- 国内企業のリポジトリでも英語を採用していることがある。

私は以前、メニューボタンのインジケータが何をしても消えないという問題に悩まされていました。
しかしある時、｢フォローを承認制にする｣を設定すると、フォロー申請のボタンがメニュー内に表示され、リストを確認すると、通知欄にも表示されていなかった未承認のフォロー申請が存在することがわかりました。
申請を承認すると、メニューボタンのインジケータはついに消えたのです。

以前、｢Botからのフォローを承認制にする｣を有効にしていた記憶があります。現在は設定画面から見ることは出来ませんが、ユーザー情報のRaw欄から現在もこの設定が有効か確認する事ができます。

carefulBotがtrueであるときに、Botからのフォロー申請が通知欄に表示されない問題は別で解決する必要がありますが、carefulBotがtrueであるときに、サイドバーの｢フォロー申請｣ボタンを表示するように改善して欲しいです。

## 📝 再現方法

1. GTLをDeck UIで表示する。
2. Misskeyを表示するブラウザのウィンドウを最小化する。
3. Misskeyを表示するブラウザのウィンドウを再表示する。
4. 村上さん等有名なユーザーがノートするのを待つ。
5. そのノートが大量のリアクションを受け取ることを確認する。
6. 観察する。低確率で発生する。

#10713 の主目的は、現状Cat(にゃああああああああああああああ！！！！！！！！！！！！)という一つのオプションにまとめられた、アイコンの猫耳とNyaizeを分離することにあります。
#2556 ではそもそもNyaizeに対する言及はなく、Nyaizeがアイコンの猫耳と分離されることを良しとしないことの合意には見えないと判断していました。

個人的な意見ですが日本語は"にゃ"にしても全然読めるんですけど、英語圏だとスペルがかわるんでかなり可読性に難がでてるんじゃないかなぁというところはあります。分けない方針でも英語圏(en-US)はそもそも適用しないとかでもいいのかなと。 https://github.com/misskey-dev/misskey/blob/develop/packages/backend/src/misc/nyaize.ts#L6
