I have found that the combination of products I purchased — SP-TGX-1 and TA-M12X10-V1 — are not compatible with each other.
Unfortunately, there was no warning or notice about this incompatibility during the purchase process.
I almost damaged the thread while trying to install them.

Given the circumstances, I would like to request a replacement.
