@ukyo358 対外的な振る舞い次第ですけど、通報されたときのモデレーションジャッジで規制することもあります。思想的に過激な方もかなりおられますが、喧嘩する人は残っていません。

MastodonなどFediverseのサーバは、サーバを設置した管理者が自由を担保していて、参加する人は管理者を頼る形になります。

個々のサーバの管理者がみえる世界で、全体での統制のようなものはないですが、個々のサーバのルールが緩いわけではないので、これをどう捉えるかは見方の分かれるところです。

管理者があまり見ていない、ルールがゆるい、ジャッジが甘いサーバを探してそこを使うのもいいですが、

考え方のあう同士を探してその人の管理するサーバを使うか、自分で立てるのがベストかと思います。
