USB-CドックとクラムシェルモードとUSBスイッチャーとHDMIスイッチャーで解決ですよ
現状で一番マシなのがTypeScriptってだけで別に積極的にTypeScriptを書きたいわけではない
PHPは使わない選択肢がとれるけどTypeScriptはブラウザで何かやろうとすると必要だから前提が違うよ

逆にGoだけはgo modulesがぶっ壊れてる問題があって仕方なくWSLg側で動かしてる

Win11であるかどうかはぶっちゃけどうでもよくてWSLgを使いたいがためにWin10の頃からIPにしてたので
ローカルネットワーク内なら-H tcp://172.16.0.0:2376 -H unix:///var/run/docker.sock とかでいいので
リモートだとdockerをTCPで公開しなきゃいけないし証明書とかぐりぐりやらないといけないから基本的にVPCごとというかVPSのローカルネットワークごとに1つのほうが確実
Ansible GalaxyにあるだろうけどAnsibleで全部管理したいかどうかによる
何をどういい感じにしたいのか分からんけどDocker前提なら今でも https://www.portainer.io がいいと思いますよ
