＞事故など起きた時の責任は車両側じゃなくなります。ということで国交省の説明通り「レベル3の運転中は主体が車両」になるため、ドライバーの責任は問われない。
ただレベル3を終了した後に起きた事故についていえば、運転の主体はドライバーだということを認識しておきべきだ。
