Regarding the cipher case (for me) is;
This "(former) ambassador to the US" is actually also former ambassador to JP by right before he took up to the ambassador to the US. He used to study in Japan and speaks Japanese as well. And very friendly person who tried to hold various Pak-Japan cultural exchanging events. So I was surprised to see his name through this news.
