I have been investigating Issue #10345,#10346 for a long time, but I can't find a solution.
The cause is that Namekuji added a process to display deliveries from Aode-Relay to GTL in real time.
By reverting it back, the bug will no longer occur, but the delivery from Aode-Relay will not be displayed in real time.
(The problem is that when I refresh the screen, the delivery from Aode-Relay is also available. Why can't they be displayed in real time?)

It doesn't flow in real time, but when I refresh the screen, it shows the previous minutes as if it had been flowing.
Namekuji added it to Streaming so that it would flow in real time, but for some reason, the same note would flow more than once in rare cases, which seems to lead to this Issue.

とりあえずRedisの生存期間を24時間に設定して大分マシになってる気がするな
