ただ茶の間でぼーっとしてただけなのにあっという間に21:00が近くなってしまった。時間というのは恐ろしい。就寝。

食べ終えた。食事中に日本酒まで行かず、焼酎で終えた。締めに日本酒をちびちび飲みながら茶の間のソファーとApple TVでグダる。飽きたら就寝する。

超まぐろ尽くし夕食。

氷結ストロング如きで酔い潰れる訳はないのだが、その後に焼酎を飲んでいるので、ここで最初に飲んだ氷結ストロングが効いてくる。泥酔まで行かずに、いい感じのほろ酔いのタイミングで鮨が届いて、日本酒をお供に鮨を嗜んで酔っ払ってフィニッシュ、が理想のコースなんだけど。上手く行くかな？

トリトンで出前してもらえるかを検索したら駄目だった。出前館経由でも駄目だった。自分は札幌海鮮丸で頑張るしかないな。

出前の鮨は18:40頃までに届くとのことだが（さすが日曜日。出前が殺到してるんだね）、それまでに自分が酔い潰れてしまわないか心配。

札幌海鮮丸で出前した。マグロづくしを頼んで、そこに入らない単品のまぐろ系握りを追加して、まぐろづくし完全版にした。食べ切れるかな？

机の板の発掘作業はスローペース。気分転換にコーヒーを入れたサーバー等を洗ってきた。今日はもうコーヒーは飲まない。晩酌スタート。氷結ストロングを開けた。夕食は今夜も出前でいいんじゃないかという邪念が湧いてきた。３連休の中日だし。もう少しだけ机の上を掘り出したら（iPadを置くスペースができたら）、札幌海鮮丸のサイトを見て出前に向けてテンションを高めよう。

おやつタイムの後は決して上達しない楽器の練習などしてた。

ルンバとブラーバが帰巣したので、おやつタイムにする。

部屋干しトップ除菌EXの粉末洗剤はそのまま使い続けていいのかな……まだはっきりしないけど。

ルンバとブラーバを我が家の仕様変更に合わせて設定変更して、ブラーバにパッドを付けて洗剤と水を入れて、連携プレイ開始。

ブラーバのタンクに洗剤を入れる時、ボトルの蓋６杯分という指示に従って蓋を使って入れると、蓋が小さいので注ぐ時にけっこうこぼしてロスが出てしまう。ここは大人しくメスカップを使うべきなんだろうな、と思いつつ未だに実行してない。そもそもうちのメスカップ、目盛りが擦り切れてほとんど読めなくなってるし。

台所をやっつけた。次は超絶久し振りにルンバとブラーバだ。設定変更がめんどくさくてしばらくやってなかった（一応その間ハンディー掃除機は時々かけてた）。

食べ終えた。今朝はちゃんと入浴したので出かけようと思えば出かけられる。出かける気が起きるかどうかはまた別。とりあえず昨日と同じでゆったり過ごしながら時々家事のスタンスで行こう。気持ちの余裕があれば少し遊ぶ。まずは台所をやっつけるところからだな。

ブランチ。昨夜出前したピザハットのアップルパイ。

検温と血圧測定、朝プランクを終えた。さあブランチだ。

湯船の準備ができた。

浴槽にお湯が溜まるのを待つ間、超々遅ればせながら、マイクロカプセルの入ってない洗剤、柔軟剤を検索する端緒をつけてみる。

今自分が使っているのは部屋干しトップの粉末洗剤。検索でまずヒットする情報は液体洗剤なので、粉末洗剤に関して避けるべきもの、オススメのものを探さなきゃ。

柔軟剤はさらさ。さらさは大丈夫と言われていたけどやっぱりアウトだった？みたいな感じなのだろうか、最近の情報では。

今まで対策サボっててごめんなさい。ただ、「これは使うな」っていう情報はよく目についても、「これはオススメ！使って！」っていう情報がなかなかパッと目に止まらなくて、あちこち調べるのが億劫になっていたということはある。

せっかくの連休なので、少し頑張ってみる。
