一應、しらにゃい方のために補足するけど、Blobcat 
（ブロブキャット）の元ネタは、 Googleさんが2013年に
Android機種（當時はAndroid KitKat）のために作った 
Blob Emoji
（ブロブえもじ）だよ。
Googleさんは
Blob Emojiを作ったけど、そこから色 〻
ありて、Googleさんは過去のBlob Emojiを全てオープンソース化、つまりコミュニティーに「何してもいいよ。もう、要らない子になっちゃったから...
」って感じで託したんだよ。
そのGoogleさんが作ったBlob Emojiを愛するコミュニティーの者たちは原初のBlob Emoji 
Discord コミュニティ公式鯖と、blobs.gg（ブロブズ・ドット・ジージー）を形成し、樣樣な派生作品を作っていったよ
すこし時がたって2018年6月3日頃、Blobs Emojiコミュニティ公式鯖に#707 番目のBlob派生繪文字── :bolb: が追加されたよ。この:bolb:の作者は @spooky_ena@wetdry.world 氏だよ。ちにゃみにspooky氏は :blobowo: の作者でもあるよ。
その:bolb:に耳を生やして :bolbcat: にしたのがAlexFlipnote氏だよ。この :bolbcat: は初の猫耳系blobと言ふてもよいと思ふよ。
その :bolbcat: を見た :blobnewhorizons: Cranberry NewHorizons氏（Nitro Blob Hub Studioの創設者）が、初めての :blobcat: を作ったと言はれているよ。
Cranberry Newhorizon氏の :blobcat: に感化されて、初の :blobcat: 派生である :blobcoolcat: を作ったのは TM氏 だよ。その後TM氏は13ぐらゐの :blobcat: 派生を生み出したよ。
TM氏の :blobcoolcat: や、Cranberry Newhorizon氏の :blobcat: に感動し、そこから更に多くのBlobcat派生を作り、數多くの鯖を建て、Blob Cat Discordコミュニティを作ったのがBenni Nashorn氏（Blob Cats全6鯖の創設者）だよ。1つのBlobcatを10にしたのがTM氏だとすれば、その10を100にしたのがBenni氏って喩へが適切だと思ふよ。
それがBlobcatの大まかな歴史だけど、Blobcatと良く似た黒ひげの Meowmoji 
（みゃうもじ）は、異なる歴史を持ってるよ。
初めて作られたMeowmojiは、saira氏（後のMeowmoji鯖の創設者）のために、Calucifer氏が獨自に描いた:meowflushed:だよ。
そのとってもキュートな:meowflushed:をDMで贈られたsaira氏は、そのちっこいお耳と、愛らしい黒ヒゲを模し、emzy氏と協力して、多くのmeow派生を作り出したんだ。その後saira氏はMeowmoji鯖を創立したよ。
Misskey.ioにて初めて追加されたBlobは、.ioに初めて追加されたBlobcatは

だよ。これら繪文字は川音がMisskey.ioにくるよりずっと前に追加されたものだから、いつ 誰が どこから持ってきたとかはよくわかんないよ。（川音リオ）

2018年じゃなくて2017年やけど參考文獻讀んだらわかるからもうどーにでーもなーれににゃってる。
それがBlobcatの大まかな歴史だけど、Blobcatと良く似た黒ひげの Meowmoji おひげが黒いねこちゃんの中にもおひげが太いハの字の子 :meow_aww: とそうでにゃい子 :meow_yes:（このサーバーには基本的に前者しか入れていにゃいので後者の子はおひげが見づらくてごめんにゃさい、これしか無かった）がいらっしゃいますけど、どちらも meowmoji にゃのです？

などといった、荒い黒ヒゲが下向きのMeow系統は公式Meowmoji鯖由来ではありません。これらは
などと同じく、Meowmoji公式鯖やBlobcat公式鯖と關はりを持たない、第三者の改變によるものだと思ひます。これら下向き白ヒゲ系統を作った作者について調べようとしましたが、何の結果も得られませんでした。ごめんなさい。
BlobちゃんはUnicodeによる繪文字の肌色指定子や性別指定子に絶望的に向いてないから徐徐に淘汰されてって、2017年のAndroid Oreoの公開とともに舞台幕から完全に姿を消したんやで...

良い質問ですね！基本的にblobs.gg公式鯖のものは全てApache License2.0、つまりGoogleさんと同じくオープンソースです！すなわちライセンスの明記さへすればあとはほぼ自由にしてよし、商用可も全然OKです！これはblobs.gg公式サイトトップにも明言されてゐます。
ただしblobs.gg以外の場所からきたBlob繪文字にはApache Licenseに加へて作者さんがApache License 2.0に加へて更に獨自のライセンスを附與してゐる場合があります。Sushi.ski發祥の 
寿司猫ちゃんなぞ正しくそれで、こちらはたしかkkcake氏によるBlobcat派生作品ですが、こちらはApache License 2.0に加へて商用利用を禁止してゐたハズです。
MeowmojiやBlobcatはそのような獨自ライセンスを附與してをりませぬのでApache License 2.0と同じく商用利用もOKですが、彼らの繪文字を勝手に商用利用するのは、Apache License的にはセーフですが、あまりお行儀の良い行ひでは無いかもしれません。
ここでちょっとMeowmoji公式鯖の管理人さんの一人であるDowny氏による引用をします：

Whilst it's in slightly poor taste to just 'steal' Saira's work, they're within their rights to do so
The license allows for distributing derivative work under a different license, for example one which prohibits the use of the emoji by third parties, we didn't do anything of the sort and thus by default the original license remains

:blobcoolcat: は歷史的な理由（史上初のBlobcat派生繪文字であること）から、標準的な blobcat... の命名法から逸れていますが、 ブロブクールキャット blobcatcool ブロブキャットシェード blobcatshade ブロブキャットサングラス blobcatsunglasses ブロブキャットグラサン のタグを附與してますので、例へばblobcatcool でも檢索可能です。

やっぱ三千文字書ける分散型マイクロブログSNS最高やわ。Twitter感覺で日記からブログ記事まですら〱書けるし、出典もなんと至高のBibLaTex形式で全て明記できる。カスタム繪文字での反應も來るし、米も來る。しかもMastodonやSoapboxなどといふた、全く異なるSNSからもブーストやリピートされたり、返信が來たりするのだ! これが日記网場やブログ网場ならば三日も續かぬであらう。

個人的にはBlob、Blob/A、Blobcat、Blobcat/A、Meowmoji、Meowmoji/A、Nyanpuppu、Nyanpuppu/A、みたいにフォルダー分けしたいんだけど、これはおそらくMisskey.ioの民にとって快く思はれないと思ふ（むしろBlobcatとMeowを統一してほしいって意見のほうが多そう）

Hello @Jain@blob.cat and @Miaourt@raru.re , nice to meet you. My name is Kawane Rio from Misskey.io. I do things like fill in appropriate licenses and credits for all of the emojis in our server.
I was just searching for information about these specific meow emojis with slightly jaggy, downfacing whiskers (like 
).
From what I've gathered, emojis such as the :meowowo: :meowpeek: and :meowreach: (see attached image) all originates from the "Official" Meowmoji servers by saira, the creator of meowmoji, however, I couldn't find any information on the public internet about the origins of ← these guys. And thought that maybe you might know something about them.
I'm sorry for digging up a conversation from 5 months ago, please excuse my tenacity regarding this matter.
