I heard the name of Damus to days ago. And some news site treats Damus as a replacement of Twitter like this: https://netafull.net/tech/0125149.html (written in Japanese, 04-Feb-2023 posted, 07-Feb-2023 edited)

Not so many but not a few wants Twitter-replacement-service because they like tweeting/tooting/posting (or suitable name in services).

In my local TL in Japanese Mastodon instance, some people started to use Nostr with Damus client.

How popular Nostr outside Japan? Looking global timeline at https://nostr.ch/ , I saw many Chinese (spam?) message.
