絵文字まわりの実装は定期的にこういう検証をやらされるのですげーめんどくさい

smiling_face_with_3_hearts がないのはMastodon公式のピッカーの依存関係であるemoji-martが更新されてないからだな。
あとhttps://github.com/twitter/twemoji も https://github.com/iamcal/emoji-data も Emoji 13.0 までしかリリースされてないので、Emoji 13.1 の例えば Mending Heart とかは表示できない
