そもそも“上振れ”っていうのが「ひとりでに上がっていっちゃったんですよー」と言わんばかりの無責任な表現。いつの間にかニュースの地の文でも当たり前みたいに使い始めているけど、これ本来どこの言葉なんやろ。不可抗力要素の多い相場とかの用語くさいけど。”見積もりミス””予定額超過”と明確にして責任もハッキリさせるべきだろう。
