元々はMRFではなく直接userに対して適用する仕組みだったんだけどinbound/outboundフィルターのレイヤーでやるべきって感じでPolicyとして切り離した経緯があった気がする

CommonMarkではsupurscriptないから対応してなくてもまぁという感じはあるけど:earmark_parserは1.3.34の時点でsupには対応してるんだなぁとなってる
