Vivaldi on #iOS just got bottom Address Bar, but our #Android #browser has had this setting for a while!
To move the Address Bar (and Tab Bar) to the bottom:
1. Go to Vivaldi menu > Settings > Appearance.
2. Toggle on Address Bar at Bottom.
