クラウドファンディングの成功が相次ぐことがやがてもたらす極北は、国が徴収する税金は意味をなさないという感覚の浸透でしょう。こんなタイミングで値上げを図るんだから、増して無意味。クラファンに潤沢に寄付を注ぐことができる名士や草の根団体がやがて前景化する。国家が税金を財源とするシステムの維持を放棄すればするほど、彼らの方が国家よりも信頼を獲得する。並行して、貧しい人の方から苛烈に徴税をするようなシステムが、いずれ破綻する。

チェックインして、シャワー浴びて、ほぼ無の時間を過ごしてから、食前酒に缶チューハイをやっつけた（サントリーじゃないよ！）。5%350mlだと全く酔った気がしない。食前酒としては微妙だったかもしれない。ともかくも、そろそろ夕食を食べに行こう。

今度のMastodon、自分のアカウントで許可設定すれば、公開投稿を検索できるようにすることになってるのね。

その許可設定は、いわゆる『ディレクトリに掲載する』設定（discoverble）を使うことになっている。
このdiscoverbleはこれまで、
・ディレクトリに掲載する
・アカウント検索の対象にする
・おすすめアカウントの対象にする
あたりで使われていたもので、アカウントをパブリック運用するつもりなら設定しておくべきものだったんだけど、
・公開投稿を検索可能にする
という意味も付加されるようになるということね。
様々なオプションが検討されるなかで、一番シンプルなこれをEugenさんが選んだということなんだけど、
どのぐらい受け入れられるかな。
searchableのフラグを別にしたい人も結構いると思うけど、どう思う？
まあ、よほど反対が無い限りこの仕様で決まると思うので、ちゃんと反対するなら今なんだけども。
ちなみにFedibirdは、互換性を持たせつつ、詳細設定可能な現在の方向でやっていくよ。

新千歳空港混み過ぎ。ちょっとでも空港で暇潰しと思った自分がバカだった。大量のノーマスク勢とすれ違う。後ろからはゴホゴホ咳する声まで聞こえてくるし。自分はマスクしてたけど、コロナ菌（敢えて「菌」言う）百億個くらい貰ったんじゃないか？空港で昼食でもと思ってたけど、入ってみてとてもそんな気になれず、早々に退散。20分もたなかった。

これから高速に乗る。今日の目的地の苫小牧までは大して時間はかからない。着く前に今夜のホテルに電話して、チェックイン時刻を可能な限り早めてもらおう。そしてホテルのベッドにばったり倒れ込もう。今日は移動と休憩だけの日。
