透明でプルンプルンするも粘着質な英語力。人によりかぶれることもあり、調子にのって使うと「あいつカブれてるな」と言われる。
カウンセリングは予防やメンタルのリトマス試験紙だから、掛け捨ての保険をかけに行くくらいの気軽さでいいと思う。リスク管理意識がある証拠。すばらしい。
カウンセリングをバカにしたり、病気だと決めつける人は、家に帰ってきて手を洗って、うがいして、検温するようなものだと気づいて欲しい。
病気になったらカウンセリングじゃ治らないし、長い治療になるから。
いうて痛風・腰痛・高血圧の自己管理できてないん美少女なんだけどね。

確かにお金は悩むところ。
保険は入っては辞め、入っては辞め。仕事をしては病め。転職しては病めだったので、ほんと難しいバランス。
40代半ばになってやっと自分なりのバランスを見つけた。
病院は就職面接と一緒だと思う。
自己アピールを練習もなしに挑んでも伝わらないのと一緒、みたいな。
病院の先生も面接官も本業のプロで、ヒアリングのプロではないのよね。大学の先生が研究のプロであって、講師のプロとは限らないのと同じくらいの感じで。（もちろん例外もある）
で、ヒアリングのプロであるはずのカウンセラーが微妙で、ピンとこないなら、早々に別のカウンセラーに行った方が良いんじゃないかな。
カウンセリングは、吐き出しながら思考や脳内を整理する作業だから、練習みたいなものだと思っている。整理されない、練習にならないなら、それこそ無駄だし。
流派みたいなのもあるし、自分に合わなかったということで。
自分も「花の名前を覚えましょう。花を見て名前が言えるように」とか言われた時には、なんぞ？！と思ったし。
いや、理屈はわかるんだけど、今はそれじゃないだろ？みたいな。
