「～は」はその成分を強調してるだけなんやで（が・を・で・と等に置き換えることができる）というのは「そうだったのか！」という驚きがあった。義務教育の内容をろくに覚えてないからなんですけど。
「予算余ってる」って話と「増収分は使いました」がともに出てきているので何が正しいのか分からんぬ。
予算編成で歳入－歳出であまり（増収分）が出ないのは当たり前の話で、現実に財源として宛てられるかどうかって当初予算－執行済み予算で弾かれるお金でしょう。これがあるかないかという話ではないだろうか……。
『日本人のための日本語文法入門』という本を読み進めているのだがめっちゃ面白い。非常に説明が分かりやすい。
主語の話題を見ると、学校教育でいうところの「主語」は正確ではないながらも、カリキュラムの問題や学者も異なる意味で「主語」という語を用いているから、学校教育のほうでは分かりづらい日本語教育になっているという主張がある。
