Grade 1 right varicocele, smaller than 5 mm, no surgery needed unless infertile

i was diagnosed with a varicocele when i was 11 years old.
got it checked again after 20 years.

at a major hospital in Iwate, Japan, i had a urine test, ultrasound, blood test, contrast CT scan, and semen analysis.
no issues, surgery (laparoscopic) wasn't recommended
