羽田空港における海上保安庁の航空機と民間機が衝突したとされる事故について、不安が的中。昨日起きた（そして現在も余震が続いている）能登半島地震の被災地へ支援物資を届ける途中、つまり被災地に支援物資を届けに行くためにどういうタイミングかはわからないけど（離陸のために滑走路に侵入していたのか、その過程で横切っていたのか、ともかく）滑走路に侵入していたタイミングで民間機と衝突したもよう。
国の機能が著しく低下しているというのは、まさに管制がどうなっているのかということ、海上保安庁の乗組員の教育がどうなっているのかということなのよな。航空管制官業務は国土交通省の所管だし、航空管制官は国家公務員。海上保安庁も国の機関であり、その乗組員もやはり国家公務員なのよ。かつ、今回の震災での支援物資の搬送というイレギュラーな事態に国がまともに対処できず、それどころか人命に関わる重大な事故を起こすほど極めて深刻な状態に国が陥っていることを露呈するような事故なんじゃないだろうかってのが、最初に事故の報道に接したときに真っ先に脳裏に浮かんだことなのよね。
ほんと、やばいのよ、日本。早く気づいてよ。
