タンスやユーザが特定ドメインを遮断するのと、アプリが特定ドメインへのログインを禁止するのは全く別の問題だよ。
前者はゾーニングの一種。後者はGAFAへの追従。

I think these API will be used from server side scripts for automated modaration. it may listen public TL and then modarate users by automated conditions.

ST already has menu item to open speicific user on admin web UI.
I think there is no strong reason to implement mobile app UI for moderation.
