上記のコメントの通り、カスタム絵文字の一括インポート（と、リモートからのインポート）を用いれば`user === null`の状態でドライブファイルを登録できます。しかし、用途が絵文字に限られること、絵文字の追加・登録作業のたびに一括インポートを行うのは少々手間だと思うので、やはり独立して管理できるようなものが必要だと考えています。"
