大学のゼミでの話。『地方をもっと活性化するべき』という俺に対して、田舎出身のゼミ生が「活性化は良いことだけど、個人が取れる一番手っ取り早い行動は都会に出ることであって、その行動は制限できない」と言われてハッとした。全体でどうするのが良いのか分かっていても、個人の行動は「自由」。
