外国語を読んでいると「言いたいことがそもそもわからない」級に難しい文章の他に，「言いたいことは明らかだがきれいな日本語に直らない」文章も数多くあって，後者の場合はほとんど日本語の表現力の問題になりがちなので，優秀な人の口からしばしば「翻訳なんてどうでもいい」「翻訳はやりたくない」というようなことが聞かれるのはその辺の理由によるところが多少はあるのかもしれない．

Artistic LicenseとGPLは結構違いますよ
あ、Wikipedia日本語版にそう書いてあるな……どこを指して近いと言っているのか謎だけど……
まずArtistic Licenseはコピーレフトではないので時点で「GPLに近い」という言葉から受ける印象から少し離れているし、Artistic License 1.0はGPLとの互換性がない（のでPerl5はArtistic License 1.0とGPLのデュアルライセンスにしている）
「ユーザが修正して再配布する場合に原版と同名を名乗ることを禁止している」というのは 4.c) を指しているんだろうけれど 4.b) に従うなら 4.c) に従わなくてもいい
最近のFedoraは最近のRaspberry Piで動くっぽいな、今度試してみようかな
Raspbianと全く同じ機能が全く同じように動くわけではないのはまあそれはそうだなと言う気持ちでFAQを読んだ
