更年期の治療で、びっくりするくらいメンタルがよくなった。ホルモン注射打つ前は常に頭の前の方がガス欠起こしてる感じで、ちょっとしたことを始めるのにもかなりのエネルギーがいるし、その都度「もう生きてたくない」と思ってた。いちいち生きてたくない自分説得する感じ。今もまあうまくいかないことは多いけれど「大変だよなー」とかで終わってる。

今年４月に開業した東京・歌舞伎町の複合商業施設「東急歌舞伎町タワー」で、性別を問わず同じ場所を利用する「ジェンダーレストイレ」が廃止され、壁を設けてエリアを分けた新たなトイレの利用が４日、始まった。女性客らの不安や不満の声に押された形で、東急側は「お客さまの意見を踏まえ、安心して快適に利用できるようにした」としている。
